Students in higher education and higher professional training cycles may apply

Adeje’s education department, under councillor Coraima Afonso Navarro and Adolfo Alonso Ferrera, has announced the dates for applications for grants for tech equipment for students in higher education and professional training cycles for 2023-2024.
The purpose of these grants is to meet the huge demand from Adeje students in recent years for some aid to help families working to put their children through school. For this reason, the councillor explained, "we have included €150,000 euros in our budget this year”.
The deadline for submitting applications in each of the different modalities (university degrees and higher vocational training cycles) is November 2nd. Applications can be made online or in person at the Adeje education offices in the Cultural Centre.
Requirements for applicants
Be registered in the municipality of Adeje for at least ONE YEAR.
Not be in possession of an academic qualification of equal or higher rank or category than that of the course for which he/she is applying for a grant or scholarship, in accordance with the specific requirements for each type of grant or scholarship.
Not to be benefitting from any other assistance granted by Adeje Council pending justification or reimbursement in due time.
That the income of the family unit and/or the applicant (if they are in a situation of emancipation) does not exceed the limits or thresholds established in the specific regulatory bases of each modality.
