The CDTCA just celebrated the end of the PFAE (alternative training for employment) A la Carta course, with 15 students awarded their professional certificate for basic bar and restaurant operations (HOTR0208). During the 11 month training period students also worked in job placements situations, preparing drinks and basic plates.

The councillor for economic development and employment, Raquel Rodríguez Alonso, present at the graduation event, congratulated all the students on their advancements and achievement, adding that her department would “continue to work to offer work orientation and training to those looking to enhance their curriculum”.  Health councillor Amada Trujillo Bencomo was present too, and added her congratulations to all the graduates.
