FEMP and the national government’s delegation on domestic and gender violence recognised “that the actions and commitments taken by local governments and bodies” in the area.
The president of the FEMP equality commission, María Eugenia Rufino said, “Every victim leaves a vacuum, with a is for them that we have to strengthen our commitment to open a door to help them escape this violence”.   Victoria Rosell, the government delegate, said that it was vital that all public bodies were implicated in the fight against domestic violence, and reminded people that it was as a result of this kind of co-operation that resources such as ATENPRO, the telephone service attending to victims, had been created.
