The Adeje public library, in the Adeje Cultural Centre will host an interactive talk focused on the fascinating world of Manga comics on February 29th. The initiative, with the support of the Tenerife Cabildo, aims to bring the community closer to this art form that has been gaining followers all over the world, regardless of age.
The talk will be in Spanish, entitled “Cómic Manga en tu Biblioteca" (Manga Comics in your Library), is designed to explore the origins, foundations and relevance of Manga in contemporary culture. The most influential and current titles will be highlighted, as well as its value as a tool for the promotion of reading and its usefulness as a learning resource.
For two hours, attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a dynamic and participatory exchange about Manga, led by experts on the subject.
This talk is recommended for anyone from 10 years and above with an interest in the form, both committed fans and those who wish to explore the world of Manga for the first time.
