Ahead of next season, over 75% of those who take part in Adeje sports have renewed their membership

The Adeje sports department, under Councillor Adolfo Alonso Ferrera, have just completed a series of gala events marking the end of the 2022-23 local sporting club season, with over 2,000 people taking part over a four day period.
The department have also said that to date 75% of those who take part have re-registered for next season. Adeje sports are in good health!
During the events marking the end of the current season, 14 different disciplines were headlined, with participants of all ages and abilities. There were medals for the athletes, rewarding their commitment to their chosen sports. The councillor also said it was important to recognise the important role of families in helping children continue to pursue their sporting paths.
The final event was the Yoga and Pilates end-of-term demonstration with students taking part in a short class, and participants were given a small plant with the slogan “Adeje es Deporte/ Deporte es Vida” (Adeje is sport/Sport is life), a gift much appreciated by the students of both disciplines
