In Adeje, those interested in lighting a bonfire to celebrate San Juan and San Pedro next week are obliged to contact the council and fill in a specific form (link: https://www.ayuntamientodeadeje.es/siac/ProcedimientoTabs.aspx?tab=1&idProc=110&idnct=1833&x=bzTy0nY8ERxqXrwB69bTEQ) for this purpose.
The council will require details regarding the location of the bonfire, who will be responsible for the bonfire, and that person to also officially accept the conditions under which the bonfire will be permitted. This individual must be over 18.
Forms must be presented two days before the festival, so in the case of San Juan celebrations on June 21st, and can be done online or in person (print and fill in the form called “tramitación presencial” on the link above) at the public office on the Calle Grande between 8am and 2.30pm.
