Training courses continue throughout August

Registration for new courses runs from July 27th to August 2nd

Adeje council’s Department of economic development and employment, led by Councillor Raquel Rodríguez Alonso, is offering 12 new online free courses during the month of August.  Registration is from July 27th to August 2nd and classes begin on August 10th. The councillor commented, “With these courses we are keeping our commitment to offer continuous training with courses that have been taken up by the public and which are demonstrably helping them improve their curriculum vitae and in their search for employment, including individuals registered on the ERTE.  We hope that people can also take advantage of these summer months to register for these courses”. 
 
Those who wish to register for a course must be on the Adeje padrón (resident register), currently unemployed (with a DARDE number), and listed with the Adeje job centre, or currently on ERTE. 
 
Courses on offer
(All courses have Spanish as the main teaching language)
German (100 hours), IT applications for integrated commercial management (15 hours), telephone customer service etc. in English (25 hours),  advanced accountancy (50 hours), auxiliary home help for the elderly (75 hours), event planning (20 hours), taxation administration and filing (25 hours), food hygiene and handling (20 hours), labour risk prevention in restaurant trade (20 hours), recruitment and personnel selection (20 hours), water treatment (10 hours),digital photography treatment (25 hours).
