The year cyclists are pedalling against breast cancer!

The IV 'Illusion Tour' was in town last Friday, July 9th, with a group of cyclists who tour for different causes, this year it's to suppor the fight against Breast Cancer.
The Bentor Santa Úrsula cyclists and the Women in Bike project met with members of AMATE, the Spanish Cancer Association to help raise awarness of the illness, and to promote healthier life-style habits from childhood.
Adeje's sports councillor, Adolfo Alonso Ferrera, met the cyclists on tour and the council prepared a rest-stop for the group in the Plaza de España. Also present were the councillors for health and for equality, Amada Trujillo Bencomo and Juan Desiderio Afonso Ruiz.
The tour covers 64 km route through the boroughs of the south of Teneirfe.
