Yesterday, June 8th, the Adeje Equality Council read a statement of support for the family of two gilrs, Anna and Olivia, 1 and 6 years old, missing from their home in Santa Cruz since their father took them over 40 days ago.
The last message from their father to their mother, with whom they lived, was they she would never see them again. That was on April 27th,
This is a clear form, state the Equality Council,of domestic violence, harming a woman through her children. And it's not an isolated case, a form of vicarious violence, which many abusers have used to harm their ex-partners.
