During the second round of Blind Auditions on La Voz Kids, Isabella performed Natalia Lacunza's song "Cuestión de suerte," a choice that caught the attention of judge and singer-songwriter Manuel Turizo, who turned his chair to recruit her for his team. In a viral moment of the night, Isabella also seized the opportunity to request singing "Boomerang" alongside Edurne, another coach on the show, expressing her admiration for the singer.
Adolfo Alonso Ferrera, Adeje councillor for culture, remembered that during the last Adeje Fiestas the same singer, Edurne, performed and did stop to take a photo with Isabella, who was in the front row holding a sign, and now they are appearing on television together, and despite not being on her team, Isabella has had the chance to meet Edurne up close and perform with her. Adeje Town Hall wishes Isabella the best of luck and their support, as they have done in the past for other talented individuals from Adeje.
Of Venezuelan origin, Isabella has shown a passion for music and performance from a very young age. She has studied violin, cello, and guitar, singing non-stop since the age of four. A few weeks ago, she was selected to participate in the La Voz Kids auditions in Gran Canaria and, after passing that stage, attended the in-person casting in Madrid, ultimately making it to the televised gala.
Isabella has been sharing her journey on social media, expressing gratitude for the support received on her Instagram account (
@isabellamermaid03) and sharing moments from backstage and her performances on her TikTok account (

With her participation in the programme, Isabella Tapia joins a generation of young talents from the municipality of Adeje who have made their mark on major musical platforms. Singers like Ainhoa Aguilar and Roxy have previously participated in the adult version of La Voz, reaching the battle rounds, while artists like Agoney have successfully launched their careers internationally through similar platforms.
