Thursday Jan 19th 2023
7pm: SAN SEBASTIÁN CHURCH. Mass sung by the Parranda El Mesturao.
8pm. PLAZA DE SAN SEBASTIÁN. Short procession with the statue of San Sebastián accompanied by the Adeje Patronal band, followed by fireworks.
9pm: PLAZA DE SAN SEBASTIÁN. Folklore event with the Asociación Cultural Imoque, La Diata and the Adeje School of Folklore
Friday Jan 20th 2023
12:00 noon: SAN SEBASTIÁN CHURCH. Mass, sung by the Santa Úrsula parish choir, followed by the procession with the statue of San Sebastían to the beach. Afterwards there is a blessing of the animals.
6pm: SAN SEBASTIÁN CHURCH, Mass
If you are planning to attend the main event, on Friday, and will be on the beach to witness the parade and bathing of horses, do remember to observe all the security measures in place, wear suncream, bring water, and take care that children are aware of the need to stay behind barriers especially when the horses are on the beach.
